I graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and spent time watching how businesses — especially small and mid-sized ones — were getting completely taken advantage of by the agency world. Bloated retainers, cookie-cutter strategies, work farmed out to junior contractors, and monthly reports full of metrics that didn't mean anything. Clients were paying premium prices for mediocre work they couldn't even verify was being done.
I knew I could do better. Not just incrementally better — genuinely better. I spent years developing skills across the entire digital stack: web design, app development, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and brand strategy. The goal was simple: be the one person a business could call for everything digital, and actually deliver.
