Our process — from kickoff to launch in 2–4 weeks.
Built for small businesses. Honed for speed. Every project follows the same four-phase sequence — designed to ship fast, minimize surprises, and keep you in the driver's seat.
Most agency projects fail because they're vague. Ours don't.
Every phase has a clear deliverable, a clear timeline, and a clear handoff. You'll always know exactly where the project stands — and what comes next.
Fixed timeline
Every phase has a defined start and end. No projects that stretch from "a few weeks" into six months.
Fixed scope
We agree on what's in and what's out before we start. Mid-project additions get scoped as a separate phase.
Fixed price
You get a number before we start, and we honor it. No hourly billing surprises at the end.
Weekly demos
Every Friday you see the work — live, in your browser or on your device. No black-box agency theater.
Discover, design, build, launch.
Every project — website, app, or marketing engagement — moves through these phases. The depth varies by service, but the shape stays the same.
01
Discover
Discover
Everything starts with a 30-minute call. We learn about your business, your goals, your timeline, and your budget — then come back inside 48 hours with a fixed-price proposal you can actually act on.
No proposal templates. No hourly estimates that explode mid-project. You'll know exactly what we're building, how long it will take, and what it will cost before you sign anything.
You'll receive
- Project scope document
- Fixed-price proposal
- Phase-by-phase timeline
- Sample contract
What we need from you
- 30 minutes on a discovery call
- Business goals & success metrics
- Budget range
- Any inspiration or references
02
Design
Design
We design the entire project in Figma before writing a single line of code. You'll see real screens — every page, every state, every interaction — before anything ships.
You get up to two rounds of revisions included. We iterate fast (24-hour turnarounds on feedback) so the design phase doesn't drag on. Once you sign off, the design is locked, and we move to build.
You'll receive
- Full design mockups in Figma
- Mobile + desktop versions
- Interactive prototype
- Style guide & design tokens
What we need from you
- Brand assets (logos, fonts, colors)
- Copy or copy direction
- Feedback within 48 hours per round
- Approval before we move to build
03
Build
Build
This is where it gets real. We build the project against the locked designs, with weekly Friday demos so you see progress live every week — not just a final reveal at the end.
We test on real devices (not just simulators), run accessibility checks, and validate every form, button, and edge case before launch. Issues get caught and fixed in the build phase, not after you've gone live.
You'll receive
- Weekly Friday demos
- Live preview URL (always updated)
- Source code in your GitHub
- Real-device QA report
What we need from you
- Final copy & images
- Access to required accounts (DNS, analytics, etc.)
- Friday demo attendance (30 min)
- Pre-launch sign-off

Launch
Launch
Launch day is the easy day — because we've prepped for weeks. DNS, SSL, analytics, monitoring, redirects from any old URLs. We sit on the launch with you to catch anything weird in the first hours.
After launch, we hand over everything: source code, design files, accounts, documentation. You're not locked into us. If you want us to keep optimizing, we offer monthly retainers. If you want to take it from here, you have everything you need.
You'll receive
- Live, production-ready site or app
- Full ownership handoff
- Admin docs & loom walkthroughs
- 30-day post-launch support
What we need from you
- Available on launch day for any approvals
- A celebratory drink (optional)
How we'll work together.
The process above is the skeleton. Here's the muscle — how we actually communicate, collaborate, and ship.
Email & phone, that's it
All communication happens by email or a quick call/text. No portals to log into, no extra apps to install. We answer within 4 business hours.
One 30-min sync / week
Friday demo + planning call. That's the only standing meeting. Everything else is async, on your schedule.
Code in your repo
Source code lives in your GitHub from day one. You see every commit. You own it from the first line.
Tools you already know
Figma for design, GitHub for code, Stripe for billing, Loom for walkthroughs. No proprietary portals.
Approval gates
You sign off on the design before we build. You sign off on the build before we launch. No surprises at handoff.
30-day safety net
Post-launch bugs and small tweaks are on us for 30 days. After that, we move to a retainer or one-off rate.
The "what if" questions, answered.
What if my timeline slips? Will you charge me more?
If the slip is on our end, no — fixed price means fixed price. If the slip is on your end (delayed feedback, missing assets, scope changes), we'll let you know early and explain the cost impact before doing anything. Most timeline issues resolve themselves once everyone's aware.
What if I want to add features mid-project?
We'll scope the addition as a separate mini-phase with its own fixed price and timeline. This keeps the original project on track and gives you a clear yes/no decision on the addition — no surprise invoices.
What if I need to pause the project?
We can pause once for up to 2 weeks at no charge. Longer pauses may require requoting (designer/dev time gets reallocated). We're flexible — just talk to us early so we can plan around it.
How involved do I need to be?
Realistically: one 30-min call per week, plus 2–3 hours of async work (reviewing designs, providing feedback, supplying content). Some clients are more hands-on, some are fully delegated. Both work — we'll match your style.
Do you work nights or weekends?
We don't, unless you're paying for a true emergency (rare). Sustainable pace ships better work. We're available Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET and answer within 4 business hours.
What happens if I'm unhappy with the work?
We bake revisions into every phase — two rounds at design, weekly demos at build. If something's truly off, we fix it. If you're unhappy and can't articulate why, we'll get on a call and dig in until we figure out what's not landing. We don't ship work we're not proud of.
