Apps that ship. From sketch to launch.
Product design and development for iOS, Android, and the web. We work in tight sprints — your MVP launches in weeks, not months.
End-to-end product, not just pretty screens.
We handle the strategy, design, code, and launch. You stay focused on the business.
Product strategy
We help you scope the right MVP — not the bloated wishlist that takes 12 months and never ships.
UX & UI design
Full Figma design system: wireframes, mockups, prototypes, interaction specs. Real screens you can test before code.
iOS & Android
Native or cross-platform (React Native, Expo) — we pick the right stack for your timeline and budget.
Web apps
Modern web apps with React, Next.js, or SvelteKit. Auth, payments, dashboards — production-ready.
Backend & APIs
Database, auth, payments, third-party integrations. Supabase, Firebase, or custom — your call.
Launch & submission
App Store and Play Store submission, TestFlight betas, production deploys. We get you over the finish line.
Five phases. Weekly demos. No black boxes.
-
phase 01
Scope & strategy
We map your idea to a focused MVP. Identify the core flows, cut the rest, lock in a timeline.
-
phase 02
UX & wireframes
Low-fi wireframes for every screen and flow. You review on real devices before pixels are pushed.
-
phase 03
Visual design
Full design system in Figma: components, states, motion specs. Production-ready handoff.
-
phase 04
Build in sprints
One-week sprints with end-of-week demos. Real device testing, no surprises at launch.
Fixed-price MVPs. Predictable monthly retainers.
We quote the MVP up front so there's no scope-creep math. Post-launch work is monthly retainer or per-sprint.
Single-platform MVP
For founders validating an idea — one platform, focused feature set, real users in weeks.
- iOS, Android, or web (pick one)
- Up to 8 core screens
- Auth, basic backend, payments
- Beta release via TestFlight or web
- 4–6 week build
Full product launch
For businesses launching a real product — full design system, multi-platform, App Store ready.
- Up to 20 screens
- Everything in MVP
- iOS + Android (or web + mobile)
- Custom backend & admin panel
- App Store + Play Store submission
- 8–12 week build
Ongoing product team
For products in market — we keep designing, shipping, and iterating on a monthly cadence.
- Dedicated designer + engineer
- Bi-weekly releases
- Analytics & user feedback loops
- App Store updates included
- 3-month minimum
App questions, answered honestly.
Native or cross-platform — which is right for me?
For most small businesses and startups, we recommend React Native or Expo — one codebase for iOS and Android, fast to ship, performant enough for 95% of use cases. We default to native (Swift / Kotlin) when performance is critical (e.g., AR, complex animations, heavy on-device compute) or when you have a long-term team that wants platform-specific polish.
How long until my app is in the App Store?
A single-platform MVP typically ships in 4–6 weeks. A full launch on iOS + Android lands in 8–12. The App Store review process itself adds 1–3 days; we handle the submission, screenshots, and metadata.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do — fully. Source code lives in your GitHub from day one. Apple Developer, Play Console, Supabase/Firebase, payment processors — all under your account, paid by you. We never hold your product hostage.
Do you handle App Store submission?
Yes. Submission, screenshot generation, app preview videos, privacy policy template, App Store optimization basics. If Apple rejects (it happens), we handle the resubmission too.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Often, yes — depends on the stack and code quality. We'll do a free 1-hour code audit before quoting. Worst case, we'll tell you honestly if a rebuild is cheaper than rescuing what's there.
What about ongoing support after launch?
Three options: (1) monthly retainer for continuous design + dev, (2) on-demand sprints when you need a feature, (3) docs + handoff so your internal team can take over. Most clients start with a 3-month retainer post-launch and adjust from there.
